These terms govern your use of controlhorario.chat / clockin.chat. By using the service you agree to them.
1. Service use
The platform helps companies and employees manage clock-ins and vacation requests over WhatsApp. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the necessary authorizations.
2. Data & privacy
We process personal data to deliver the service and protect it according to applicable regulations. You are responsible for having a legal basis to process your employees' data.
3. Payments & subscriptions
Plans are billed per active employee. Charges apply for each billing period. You may cancel anytime, but fees already invoiced are non-refundable.
4. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss caused by improper use.
